Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from SMM GLOBAL TRADING L.L.C. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned under the following conditions:

• Products may be returned within 5 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or not in their original condition.

2. Refunds

Refund processing details are as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to the following terms:

• Items can be exchanged for a different size, model, or product of equal value (subject to availability).

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as customized equipment, clearance items, or consumables may not be eligible for return or exchange.
